Grading

Grading can be tedious work, but I just about died of laughter this morning while grading my Global English quizzes. They had to write sentences using the linking words and, but, and so. Here are some samples:

I have a fever, but I don't have a head.
I have a pretty friend, and I have an ugly friend.
I'm pretty girl, but I don't have boyfriend.
I like chicken, but I don't like hen. (This one still kills me)
I like puppy, but I don't like touch their skin.
I like you, but I cannot get married with you.

This job definitely comes with complimentary laughs.
